Every year I like to have a Bible verse for that particular year - last year (2008) one of my ladies from church chose a verse for me but this year I have asked Valerie at Simply4God and she very kindly chose the following verse..
Isaiah 40:31
but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.
Today my job titled has changed to 'Community Chaplain for Barking Riverside' as I, alongside Revd David Pearson (Church of England) and Pastor Brian Endacott (Methodist) continue to work together towards establishing a new worship centre within the first Barking Riverside Neighbourhood Complex, which opens later this year.

Hi Judeth, I'm so sorry you missed Jeff. He was very disappointed because he did contact Nigel's dad to let him know he would be at ICO but heard nothing from the family. Never mind I'm sure there will be another meeting some time. Perhaps for your 30th you should come over and visit us in South Africa it would be great. You could meet Jill and her family as well as all Nigel's uncles and aunts. We would love to show you around the Salvation Army here. Your blog is great. I also started late last year and really don't know too much about blogging but have enjoyed the few times I have sat myself down long enough to write one out. Looking forward to hearing from you again. If you have skype we could hook up with you and talk over the computor as well. Take care. have a wonderful 2009 margie and Jeff
Hi Margie - wonderful to hear from you. I have left comment on your site. Judith
Hey my favourite stalker...
I thought I would drop by and wish you Nigel and Karl a wonderful 2009.
I am good at stalking too, you see,lol...
Happy New Year
Hi Judith,
Lovely words from Issiah there. Hope you're having a nice day - I have had a fluffy of DIY and put shelves, coat hooks and a little pine cupboard in the kitchen (all this activity has come about from finally getting a proper spirit level, which means I can measure our wonky walls properly!) Now, I've got a lovely roast dinner in the oven and a roaring fire - just having a quick surf whilst waiting for the others to return from thier walk. I left a reply on my blog to your question - so have a read!
Hi Rose - Thank you for being my Canterbury Stalker lol, Judith
